Accessibility statement
Accessibility statement
AisleFix wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control or zoom. This statement explains how accessible the site is, what we know is not yet perfect, and how to reach us.
What this statement covers
This statement applies to the website aislefix.com, in English and Dutch, including the sample report and the free scan form.
It does not cover the emails we send, or websites run by other companies that we link to.
Conformance status
This website fully conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referred to by the European Accessibility Act (through the European standard EN 301 549).
“Fully conforms” means that, as far as we know, all content meets the standard. The known limitations below are outside the website itself.
Known limitations
- Booking a call: the “Book a 15-minute call” link opens a booking page run by another company. We don’t control how accessible it is. If you can’t use it, email [email protected] and we will find a time with you.
- Dutch text: the Dutch version of this site is being reviewed by a native speaker. Until then, some sentences may read less naturally than the English version.
How we tested
We test this site ourselves (self-evaluation). Every change is checked with:
- automated tests (axe-core) on every page, in both languages, on a wide screen and at 320 pixels wide;
- keyboard-only use, including the skip link, menus, questions and the scan form;
- a screen reader (VoiceOver on macOS and NVDA on Windows);
- zoom up to 200% and text spacing changes;
- the “reduce motion” setting.
This site does not use an accessibility overlay or widget.
Feedback and contact

We reply within 5 working days. If we can’t fix the problem quickly, we will tell you when we expect to fix it and help you get the information another way.
If you are not satisfied
If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the national authority that supervises the European Accessibility Act in your country.
Date of this statement
